The Low-Key Lab runs in 3-month seasons. 

Each closed cohort meets every other week for 6 sessions. 

Every season has its own rhythm, and no two are the same because your growth shifts as you keep showing up. Some people join for one season, others stay on to deepen their work alongside familiar faces.

Together, we’ll explore:

-How your patterns play out in real time
-How to practice new boundaries safely
-How to calm your nervous system in connection
-How to speak the truth, even when it’s scary

It’s not about performing. It’s about practicing being yourself, fully and unapologetically.

Every season*, you’ll receive:

  • 6 x 90-min group sessions (every other Tuesday @ 7 PM CST on Zoom)
  • The Low-Key Journal mailed to your door
  • 3 months of Low-Key Club access (self-guided tools to support your practice)
  • 1 x 50-minute private 1:1 check-in call with Francesca mid-season

FAQ

How many people are in each group?
Each cohort is capped at 10 participants. Once seats are filled, they don’t reopen until someone leaves.

What if I can’t make a session?
Sessions aren’t recorded (to keep confidentiality). You’ll still receive integration prompts + journal guidance for the week.

Is this therapy?
No, this is a coaching + process group, not a therapy group. If you’re in crisis or need higher-level care, I’ll point you toward local resources.

 

How does renewal work?
Your seat rolls into the next quarter automatically. If you don’t want to continue, just opt out 30 days' before the next season begins.

Do I need experience with groups like this?
Not at all. Many members are new to process work. The group itself is where the practice happens.

What if I’m nervous about joining?
That’s completely normal. Most people enter feeling anxious, but the group quickly becomes a safe place to practice being seen without performing.

Founder

Hi, I’m Francesca- a therapist-turned-coach, group facilitator, and the founder of Low-Key Spiritual.

For over a decade, I’ve worked at the intersection of grief counseling, clinical social work, yoga, and somatic practices. Along the way, I’ve guided hundreds of people through the messy, yet beautiful, process of learning to stand in their power, untangle old patterns, and find steadier ground in their relationships.

I created the Low-Key Lab because I know how easy it is to “do the work” alone (journal, meditate, reflect) but still feel like everything unravels the moment you’re with other people. This group is the bridge between your inner work and the way you show up in connection.

My approach is no-nonsense and compassionate: I’ll meet you exactly where you are, with a mix of therapeutic skill, embodied practices, and lots of love.

Growth takes practice.
Healing takes being witnessed.
Confidence comes from showing up again and again.

 The Low-Key Lab gives you a steady place to do all three.
